Commercial Law

What appears to be a good deal today may be a lost opportunity tomorrow – or revealed to be a less attractive investment. Whatever the age or size of your business venture, good legal advice is a vital part of the decision-making process. It can save you time, money and stress – and help your business thrive.

Strategic thinking and swift action are often crucial in securing a transaction. Our approachable and energetic team work responsively, flexibly and to tight timescales fitting our clients’ expectations. Your priorities are our priorities; the breadth of experience in our Commercial Department enables us to respond quickly and decisively to your needs.

Our areas of expertise include the sale and purchase of limited companies by share transfer, the incorporation of new companies, governance, shareholder agreements, business acquisitions and sales, employment law, property development, planning agreements and commercial leases.

We also specialise in maritime issues, equestrian and rural business law.
