and spent some years in private practice before returning to Cornwall.
He has more than 20 years experience in this field.

William deals with the calling in, management and distribution
of deceased client’s estates, preparation of Wills and powers
of attorney. He comes from a family of solicitors: his father is a Consultant
with Hine Downing and his brother a Partner with a firm in Devon. His
particular enthusiasm is watersports.

is dealing with the elderly and advising them on matters such as enduring
powers of attorney, welfare benefits and long term care issues.
